ADHD Reset:

Lets get you from burnout to baseline.

This is a structured set of 1:1 therapy sessions to help you reset your relationship to your ADHD brain. You’ll learn how your brain actually works, unlearn the shame that’s been layered on top of it, and build practical, sustainable supports that fit your real life.

By the end, you’ll move from constantly depleted and second-guessing yourself to feeling more grounded, self-trusting, and equipped with strategies that genuinely work for you.

About Me

I help people with late-diagnosed ADHD, who feel overwhelmed, ashamed, and burned out. We will build gentle routines and emotional regulation skills so you can feel in control of your life and better supported.

I am a certified ADHD-Clinical Services Provider, with experience supporting neurodivergent clients. Together, we’ll make sense of patterns like burnout, overwhelm, and emotional intensity through an ADHD-informed lens—so they stop feeling like personal failures and start feeling understandable.

6 Session Plan

Session 1: Rewriting Your ADHD Story

Explore what it means to be diagnosed later in life—and everything that comes with it. How did masking, people-pleasing, or perfectionism shape your identity?

We’ll gently unpack the gap between how you’ve seen yourself and what may actually be ADHD traits—and begin rewriting your story with more accuracy and self-compassion.

Session 2: A New Perspective on Your ADHD Brain

ADHD shows up differently for each person, let's get to know how it shows up for you. We will learn about executive functioning, time blindness, rejection sensitivity, sleep and more, all through the lens of your lived experience.

You’ll identify what’s not working in your day-to-day life, and define meaningful, realistic goals for change that focus on understanding and support.

Session 3:Focus, Follow-Through, and the Myth of Discipline

Struggling to start doesn’t mean you lack discipline—it means your brain needs a different approach. This session focuses on time blindness, task initiation, managing attention.

We’ll build systems that support your natural rhythms, reduce friction, and make it easier to begin tasks without relying on pressure or last-minute urgency.

Session 4: Emotional Regulation, Shame, and Sensitivity

Late-diagnosed ADHD often comes with years of shame, self-doubt, and unsupported emotional intensity. We’ll work through patterns like rejection sensitivity, overthinking, and emotional withdrawal.

Using practical regulation tools, you’ll learn how to respond to emotions without spiraling—and start replacing self-criticism with self-trust.

Session 5:Burnout, and The Extra Load

Traditional productivity advice often fails for people with ADHD—especially those juggling careers, and caregiving. This session focuses on building systems that acknowledge energy, burnout, and competing demands.

We’ll address chronic overwhelm, and the “all-or-nothing” cycle, while creating flexible, shame-free structures that actually fit your life.

Session 6: Integration & Your Personalized ADHD Toolkit

Bring everything together into a sustainable, personalized system. We will create a toolkit that reflects your brain, your responsibilities, and your values—not someone else’s ideal routine. Specific and supportive, so that you can come back to it again and again.

We’ll also focus on long-term support: how to keep adapting your strategies, navigate setbacks without shame, and continue building a life that works with your ADHD, not against it.
